A: The delay doesn't happen often. But if there is anysignificant delay with your order we will contact you immediately. We will keepcontacting you from the time your order is placed. When your shoes are sentout, we will provide you with a shipment tracking number at our own discretion.This tracking number will automatically be emailed to you. Meanwhile, you willreceive our notification. So you do not have to email us asking if your packagehas been shipped.

A: If you are looking for other goods we don’t list onour site. Please click contact with us with a picture, a serial number or themodel number of the goods. The more details given, the easier and quicker tolocate the goods in the factory.
Q: I ordered andreceived the package but I wish to change it for some other model, what are myoptions?
A: If you have made a mistake in ordering wrong goodsand wish to change for a different model, we allow an exchange process within 3days of receiving the goods and a $20 Handing & shipping cost will apply.
